Last night I once again got sucked in to Kathryn's preciousness. I am sentimental over her growing up so fast, so I slept in her room. I tried sleeping on a "bed" I made beside her but she just came and laid on me so we moved over to her bed. She insists on holding hands and it takes her forever to get it just right because she likes our fingers to be interlaced : ) We also have to hold hands all night long and she prefers us to hold both of each others hands. Sweet sounding, nearly impossible to do. Also she likes to sleep on top of me, which feels slightly like I'm being crushed. I woke up this morning and apparently she had fallen off of me and was in the crack between the mattress and the wall (still on the bed though). I was too exhausted from my
I saw on Jordan's blog that she posted pics of Evey from last year and this year, and I decided to do the same. It makes me sad that my only baby is growing up so fast. People keep wondering if we are going to have more children, and I told Robert "no, I don't to spend my time with another baby. I just want to spend it all with Kathryn." ; )
Last summer.....

And the "babies" this year..... (no more cribs to put them in)

A clearer pic of Kathryn's 4th of July outfit I posted earlier this week.

Kathryn's "Lella" (Cinderella) dress. I made matching bloomers out of the blue windowpane fabric on the carriage and can't find them!! I have been looking for them for weeks now. If anyone sees them let me know ; )

Thomas' school bag. I love this!

I finally finished Kathryn's pique dress and an outfit that I made for a friend's little girl. Whoo Hoo! I'll post pics tomorrow so I can get pics in the natural light.
Now I only have ONE more top and a swimsuit to make and I'll be done with all my summer outfits for everyone! I may sneak in an extra "needed" shirt or two but nothing big. I decided this is a good time to work on a couple of projects that I want to do but get pushed back since they aren't clothes. One is the crayon apron that I posted a pic of a few days ago. Kathryn would love it and I can totally see her using it. The next is a tutu. They are so simple (from what I've seen and heard). The next two are bow making and pacy clips. I already have the supplies for both it's just a matter of taking the time and doing it! Then before long I'll need to start on fall clothes.
