This afternoon we went on walk. After a quarter around the block she decided I should carry her. I didn't mind the day was beautiful and breezy and she was snuggly. Of course, when we got in front of Brian and Melissa's house she stopped and sat down. We always look like we are stalking them because Kathryn is OBSESSED with their house. We checked out the flowers and grass and then went next door to visit Abbie. It was a really fun, relaxing afternoon. The picture is of Kathryn demonstrating how her finger fits in the tube of the daffodil. Today I was thinking about how a few months ago Robert said "out of all the people in the world and all the babies in the world how did we get lucky enough to end up with the cutest one."
I was looking through my nail polishes tonight and Kathryn wanted to hold them. She was just wanting to carry them around. I then had the idea that she should have her first ped

The picture on the right is the dress I made a few weeks ago and Kathryn looks like an angel in it. I have made Kathryn 3.75 outfits in the past 6 weeks or so. I'll post more pics after I iron the other 2. I am on a hiatus from sewing after a mishap tonight in which I cut through a garment and called my mom almost in tears. I think it is fixable but still. . .
Oh no! I'm sure that you can fix it!

I hate sewing mishaps...they are the worst! I can't tell you how many times I have cut the wrong way, or not on the fold, or through my finished garment, etc, etc, etc. I feel your pain. Glad you are blogging now!!
ReplyDeleteThanks girls. My mom assured me that it happens to everyone but it's not supposed to happen to me!
ReplyDeleteKelley, it is!
